About us.

We began life in 1992 (yes – it seems a long time ago to us as well). Our first system we ever built was a Bloodstock Auctioning system. That led us to building a Livestock Auction system. There was a lot of demand in the Livestock industry and we worked to build systems for livestock agents as well as saleyards and bulk billing centres. We then went on to build systems for merchandise, bloodstock insurance, property management systems, bloodstock transport systems and even fine art auction systems.

In 1996 we entered into the New Zealand market and continued to do auctioning systems for bloodstock and livestock. We added GST to our product for our NZ clients.

In 2004 we saw the writing on the wall. We had many different products. We had proven ourselves from a capability point of view. Our software was 12 years old and aging 🙁 We spent 2 years researching trends and reviewing technology.

In 2006 we made the mighty decision to do a blank page re-write of our software. This was absolutely massive for us. Can you imagine rewriting a system that had taken 12 years to build? Not only that, but we wanted to change our technology and combine most of our products into the one product. Yep, 2006 was a big year for us. It was the birth of saleG8.

By 2007 we had our first client using saleG8. In 2008 our saleG8 Accounting System went live. We started the big job of converting all of our clients to our new product. We completed most of the conversions over a 5 year time span. Our team did an exceptional job converting and re training our existing client base.

Every day we continue to improve our product to meet new trends and new ideas emerging from our client database.

Today we have a team of about 10 people, we support nearly 200 clients across two countries. Many millions of dollars in turnover are processed through our systems on a monthly basis. We are proud of our product, the experience we have earned and the clients we have supported over the many years.
